Cold-rolled Sheets/Coils
1. Brief
Cold rolling project, with importation of internationally
advanced technology and key equipment (such as four-stand
six-high rolling mill from Mitsubishi-Hitachi, Japan and
electric equipment from Hitachi, Japan), is aimed at building
a pickling-tandom cold rolling mill production line (PL-TCM)
with full hydrogen hood type annealing furnace and
corresponding coil leveling machine and finishing shearing
unit, etc. The production line was put into operation in
February 28, 2004. Production capacity for the first stage of
the project reaches 152.8X104 tons.
Production capacity for the project is 152.8X104 tons of
cold rolled sheet /coil per year, among which cold rolled
merchant sheet /coil accounts for.82.8 X104 tons and full-hard
cold rolled coil 70 X104 tons as raw material for galvanizing.
The products come in sizes of 0.3-2.5 mm in thickness and
900-1575mm in width and in great varieties, catering to the
need of mechanical, hardware, vehicle and building industry
for sheets.
